WHY NOT WORK WITH US TO PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY AND HELP MOVE DARE FORWARD?

All commercial companies know the value of exposure to the right audience and the benefit of being linked to a “good cause”.  We are looking for appropriate partners to help us take Life Skills Education, and particularly our DARE suite of programmes, forward.   At the same time we are offering just the sort of exposure and “good news stories” that come with links to a worthwhile organisation such as ours.

We currently operate in over 250 primary schools in the East Midlands, London and the North East, with expansion plans to cover the whole Country within the next two years. From September we will be launching our secondary school programme which we will again be looking to introduce to schools throughout the Country.  In addition we provide DARE lessons to schools in the Falklands, St Helena and Ascension Island, as well as MoD schools in Germany, Malta, Cyprus and Gibraltar.

Life Skills Education C.I.C. are proud to announce that it’s free resource on Legal and Over the Counter Drugs and Internet Safety is available to download from its website.

The course, which looks at ways to explore the law in relation to the Internet and legal drugs applies the Dare Decision Making Model in a variety of situations to help young people practice effective decision making.  It looks at ways to identify safe ways of using social networking sites and helps young people recognise that legal drugs can be harmful.

The resource is available free by download from here or by requesting a DVD through the head office on 0300 111 3273.  It is designed to be printed in house on A4 paper and we provide both colour and black and white copies as part of the resource.
