The DARE Game

This is a free resource, designed as a ‘card game’ to enable young people to:

• Explore the law in relation to the Internet and legal drugs
•  Apply the Dare Decision Making Model in a variety of situations related to the internet and legal drug use
• Practice effective decision making
• Identify safe ways of using social networking sites
• Recognise that legal drugs can be harmful

It is suitable for use in any situation and the facilitator is provided with a session plan, details of Internet and drug related legislation, a glossary of terms and information  on Social Networking .

The Dare Game is downloadable from the Life Skills Education website and a limited number of free DVDs and boxed packs are also available.
