Life Skills Education C.I.C. is a national community interest company based in Nottinghamshire whose work is well embedded in the East Midlands, London and within Ministry of Defence and military bases in the UK and abroad.

Our aim is to develop and deliver a range of educational resources to help children and young people acquire and use the knowledge, understanding and skills that equip them to live safe, healthy and productive lives in a world where drugs are common place.

Important Notice

As of 1st September 2011 Life Skills Education C.I.C. became the sole organisation involved in the sale of DARE Programmes in the UK.  The Charity, Drug Abuse Resistance Education (UK) Ltd (DARE (UK) Ltd) has been closed and all DARE Programmes will now be administered here at Life Skills Education C.I.C.  This is a decision that the trustees of DARE (UK) Ltd have made after careful consideration of several key factors and the belief that incorporating as a C.I.C. will have beneficial effects in several areas, not least becoming VAT registered.

In essence you should not see any changes in the quality or content of the delivery that you have come to expect and all delivery and office staff are on hand to brief you on any details regarding the change.  The DARE brand is retained and all DARE Programmes will continue to be delivered going forward along with some exciting new courses being developed at the moment.
